The Study on Recognition and Factor of analysis to physical disabilities School Teachers" toward Curriculum

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to illustrate the teachers"s recognition and factor of organizing who were working for students with physical disabilities toward curriculum. 339 teachers in 20 schools for physical disabilities were participated for this study. The questionnaire which was divided into three parts, curriculum with 24 questions was suggested for this study. The results of this study were follows: (a) factor analysis and validation process were utilized for this study. the teaching experiences, (b) teachers" educational background, and acquisition method of teacher licence were important factors to recognize toward the curriculum structural organization and the teaching experiences, teachers" educational background, and acquisition method of teacher licence were important factors to recognize toward the curriculum management; and (c) the curriculum structural organization was a necessary condition in curriculum modification, however the curriculum structural organization and curriculum modification were operated together in the curriculum application. Therefore this study concluded that the teachers who were working for students with physical disabilities had different recognition between curriculum structural organization and curriculum management.
